Hey guys i just got a cbr 600 f3 and sometimes it dies out of nowhere when im riding, my friend says im giving it to much gas from a stop and then as soon as i get going maybe 40 secs later bike bogs down and then dies.
I give it a couple a seconds and it starts up again.


how do you fill up the gas do it leave the peacock turned on "ON"

 

From your brief description sounds like it could be your rectifier overheating.

Have you done any troubleshooting? It would help us help you.

BTW, your throttle habits shouldn't have anything to do with it. More gas makes the bike run... well, more.

 

the bike has all new coolent and oil,

EDIT: Bike is a 1998 cbr 600 f3 60000K on it. i dont know when the carbs where last cleaned. i havent changed the sparkplugs. on hot days the temp does go past half way, in stop and go traffic.
