Lol! Never Going to Kindle.

Exact plugs I have for my 600 that I haven't installed yet. Bought from Amazon. Hmmm...now I'm worried.

Glad you sorted your problem Bwana.

I had a dodgy plug on the wife's car years back, couldn't figure it out.

Took the car to a Renault specialist and they wanted to charge hundreds of pounds to basically rebuild the cylinder head. Out of sheer frustration I asked the local garage that does the MOT for us to take a look. They spotted it straight away and changed it for a fiver

Just goes to show, these things go wrong so rarely, you forget to check.

Hi Hawkwind,
Me too bit of a head scratcher ... still felt a little bit stupid though .. keep it simple and all that. Glad i didn't strip the carbs again I would have been really pissed then!

Going the long way home tonight to enjoy that new bike feeling :-)

Always good to have a friendly local garage mine does a multiple of jobs for a fiver! Good old Asian Brethren.

Just fell in with a good set of lads at the local bike garage too where I had the MOT done .. met em in Lidle ex Slaves. Even invited me to the club house upstairs on Friday night ....... Hopefully you will hear from me again!

going to have a look at the boxes tonight!

Keep us updated on the plugs.

I'm all for a bargain, but fake stuff gets my goat.

£50 for 10 would be a good deal, but if it's for crappy fake stuff, I'm sure you would never have bothered.

If you know it's fake, then fair enough we all know the risks, but scamming people out of their hard earned cash is becoming all too common.

Hawkwind/EchoWars

They are fake guys!

No such thing as a free lunch, I've learnt the hard way on this one, I'll be paying full price at Halfords from now on £9 ($12) or so I think they are now. Better than the £25 they used to be a few years back.

Heads Up For All - Counterfeit spark plugs!
