sounds kinda like the fuel pump

try disconnecting it... it's a green/black 2 pronged cable coming from fuel pump

+1 ^

bypass fuel pump and let it gravity feed. If it fires up after that, you'll know to replace, or keep it gravity fed.

i agree. or just pull the cover off the fuel pump and see if the contacts on the switch r burned up. just one phillips screw and the cover pops off

I'll be honest with you guys, I did gravity feed just to test and I didn't like the idea for some reason... used fuel pump is relatively cheap.

It's definitely not a good idea leaving it off as it will bog in higher gears on hwy etc. But some ppl are too broke to get a replacement so they leave it off. But yes, I'd test it first and go from there. If it's a daily rider, gravity feed it until your replacement comes.

Btw Wilson...I like that you video linked us so we don't have to play the guessing game

Yes, exactly, it's a good way to test but not a prem. fix unless you're tracking it ^^

yea videos r a ton of help. and i tried the gravity feed once also and didnt like it. i ment i agree on the fuel pump being the cause. and just assume to check the pump contacts before anything. and to do the contact swtich is even cheaper than a used pump.its roughly 30 $. my buddy bought a used pump off of ebay and it came with bad contacts. he wasnt too thrilled
