does any one have any destroyed upper fairing pieces that I could use as patches for mine? If your bike has ever fallen over and had the upper corners shatter, and you happen to save the pieces of plastic I'd be interested in buying the pieces. The corners are missing on mine and the left flat part next to the gauges. I will try to post a pic so you can see what I mean. The uppers are so expensive and I have already sunk a bunch into getting the other missing plastics so I figure I should repair my uppers. I would pay for shipping and a few bucks depending on how big or relavent they are. I ordered a cheap plastic welder and I think it will turn out well if I get a decent patch piece. u can mold your own w/ fiberglass

 

Becareful when using the plastic welder. It is extremely easy to burn right through the plastic.(Practice on some scrap before!!) Also if you weld on the finish side it tends to blister. Send me a pic and I might be able to help you out with the right upper depending on what you need.
