!!! Brake pads !!!

Anyone have some input on where or what kind of brake pads I can get that wont kill my pocket book? I have spent too much on fairings and now it seems endless when you want to start slowly replacing stuff. I also need some help locating the rear mounting bracket I think for the tailight and license plate/blinkers. I will post some pics of my 1998 Honda CBR600 F3. I just about got all the "Honk Kong fairings" on it. I still gotta paint the tank to match. like I said its never ending, but I want to be proud of it when Im done. thanks guys and or gals.

EBC HH pads are generally a good pad for street duty. Good feel and bite. You can get them just about anywhere, Ebay may be the cheapest.

If you plan on tracking the bike, go with EBC Extreme PRO. But the HH's should be good for a level 1 or slow level 2 rider.

@DrAwkwArD

I just bought the EBC HH front brake pads on ebay for ~$17

when I did a quick search on them, people talked about the "drag" of the pads and stuff. What does that mean?

Brake pads can't drag on the rotors if there's nothing wrong with the calipers, or if it's outside normal spring back drag (normal pad drag is caused by calipers staying in a neutral position and happens with all pads).

I'd have to see what context they were using, but perhaps they were talking about fade and confusing the two?

Where'd you find them for 17? I couldn't even find rearsets that cheap...

I looked at this thread and was like "Hm, I need some brake pads. I'll try ebay"

And when I searched for EBC HH pads it was the first option to come up. The listing said they were new, so we'll see how it goes. I guess I got lucky lol

I picked up some pads from this online store for a pretty good price. I went with the EBC HH. About my only complaint is that they produce a lot of brake dust. I also pick up Dunlop Q2 set for $200 at the door. I recommend checking them out.
