Bogs on rev from idle and backfires on decel

You are definitely running rich, a quick throttle just floods the engine (air can't keep up with fuel) while the slow allows it to adjust to more fuel easier.
140 and 142 would be your main jets, pilot jets are usually 40 i think OEM. I would start by dropping the main jets down to 140 and 138 if you are at low altitude or 138 135 if you are at higher altitude. With the main jets being so much larger you probably have a jet kit in it. So you also likely have adjustable needles in it too. Check out this link it will help get the jet kit set to a good starting point.

Also if you haven't yet downloaded the PDF service manual from stephygee.com I would recommend doing it- it helps out alot with the carb rebuild.

Or musclecross.com has some good write-ups on carb cleaning/ rebuild too.

Hope that Helps!

Thanks alot everyone. Ive had this bike for almost year now and trying to troubleshoot the thing has been interesting. The previous owner didn't know much about it despite being a writer for AllAboutBikes.com and me being new to streetbikes made it that much more complicated. Hopefully a simple jetting will clear her up a bit.
