Default Bike wouldnt start this morning!

Put the key in and the "dash" lights barely lit up. The headlight was super dim too. It wouldn't even crank. I just rode to work yesterday. The battery is new. What could the problem be? Its supposed to be sunny and 70's here for the first time this year so I'm stressing out thinking about not being able to ride.

Well I got the battery back from the store. They charged it up and load tested it. They checked it in front of me when I picked it up and it had 13v. I just hooked it up to the bike and everything seemed normal. The dash lights came on nice and bright. I hit the starter and everything died. I heard a quiet pop from somewhere when this happened. Now I'm not getting any power at all to the bike. Dash lights don't come on or anything. I checked the fuses and they all look good. I'm at a loss. Any ideas???

The R/R and it's connector look just fine. No burn marks, no apparent issues.

I'm still trying to figure out why my bike won't start. I turn the key to On and all the lights come on but not everytime I turn the key On. The times it does get power I hit the starter button and immediately I hear a "click" and all the power goes back off. No lights, no nothing. I narrowed down the click to the Starter Relay Switch. It looks to me like it overheated at some point. The plastic is melted a little on the connector. Does this look familiar to anyone? Does this sound like it could be my problem? How would I change out this connector? It goes into a big wire bundle, looks like a PIA to work on with my limited electrical abilities.

Turn the key and the power is intermittent. Sometimes the instrument lights come on, sometimes they don't. When the power works I hit the starter and immediately the starter relay switch clicks once and then the power is cut off. Starter motor doesn't turn, motor doesn't crank at all. I just tried using a jumper wire to bypass the stater relay switch running power directly to the starter. No go, nothing happened. So, I unplugged the starter and then turned the key and I got power to the instrument panel and I could hit the starter switch as many times as I wanted. The relay clicked everytime and the lights stayed on. I think I have a dead starter motor. I'm going to remove the motor tonight if I can beat the sunlight and I'm going to tear it apart and inspect it.
