Bike will not even crank/turn over, HELP ME!

RE: Bike will not even crank/turn over, HELP ME!
I was going to pull the plugs, however it will runand rev up until the fuel is gone (couple seconds) that I dump into the carbs, so the spark plugs can't be too bad. I will replace them eventually before I get the bike ready for the road.
Yes it had fuel in the tank, lines, and carbsthe entire time it was stored I assume. I am sure the carbs need to be removed and cleaned out. The fuel is starting to varnish, however the enginesounded good and smooth so we'll see.
Eventually I'd like to redo the carbs and get them all sync'd up, however I wanna make sure the bike is worth keeping/fixing before I get that carried away. I wanna make sure the engine has good power and doesn't smoke or burn oil. I also wanna make sure the transmission is fine. Once all that is confirmed, I'd like to go completely through the bike and get it all like new again.
Later today (maybe tomorrow or even next weekend) I'll get 3 gallons of fresh fuel in the tank and see if I can get the bike to run off of that. Hopefulyl it'll run/idle constantlyand clean everything out enough for now.

I've dealt with 2 bikes that had been sitting around for over a year with fuel in them, that wouldnt run. After some Seafoam in the tank, and down the cylinders to soak, they both ran great. I used a high concentration of Seafoam, about half a can per full tank, would crank it, then let it sit for like 15 minutes, crank again, 15 minutes, usually by the 3rd or 4th I could get it to run, sucking even more into the carbs. Once it was running, I'd let it idle for 10 minutes, then sit for a couple hours, run 10 minutes, sit overnight. The constant start and stop pulls fresh fuel+cleaner into the carbs helping clean them. I used the 'in-between' time for other maintenance items, and looking over the bike.
