Can anyone tell me what’s the average fuel consumption on a F3 suppose to be?

 

I get about 120 miles before it gets to the reserve. So it is close to 40 mpg. I get better if i take it easy but generally i don't

 

I ride to work everyday. Straight highway I get about 50mpg. Usually hang around 7k rpm in 6th gear. My bike gets best mpg running around 6-7k rpm. Not bad for a sportbike. Nobody figured out the 0-60 on these?

Yea me to about 45 mpg. I get to about 160 miles or so before I start worrying about running out. Not bad for a sport bike huh?

 

Seems to average around 46mpg for me. With my new replaced k&n air filter my gas mileage has gone up a couple mpg. i can now do 160 miles before I hit reserve on the highway - bone dry should be good for just under 200 miles.

 

ya i get around 40-50 mpg depending how i ride, but i got a question, the manual says the tank for the f3 has a 4.5 gal capacity with the reserve being 0.8 gal capacity, they mean the 0.8 is included into the 4.5 capacity rating right?

 

As good as 50 but as low as 32 <------ now thats riding!

 

I used to get right aroud 50-55 mpg just going through town and a lil bit of country riding. But recently because of the stupid gas change that our government mandated and adding more ethonyl and taking out some other ingredient its been down to about 40-45 mpg big difference when I used to go 170-180 on a tank and not its 140-150 before i have to switch to reserve.

 

i get 130miles max. before reserve... but i dont even ride that aggresive...
i wonder if somthing needs tuning..?
