I'll be re-assembling my F3 motor soon; I was wondering if anyone can recommend a brand of grease/oil for prepping cam journals and bearing surfaces. According to the manual, it is some type of Molybdenum disulfide grease....
Also, any recommended sealants for the head gasket and crankcase halves.
