another state to CA

after i bit of reasearch seems as though id have no prob registering a bike as long as it has over 7,500 miles onit? also they need to see a smog sticker from the bike? where is this located on a 1998 CBR f3?

Take off the left side cover under the seat. On the frame tubing right next to where the rear foot peg mounts is the EPA label.
