HOW MUCH MONEY HAVE YOU PUT INTO YOUR F3? (Aftermarket)

 

Mine is a f2, not a f3, but I have just a hair over the $1500

 

$2000 bought me the bike, 3 1/2 months of riding then a wreck out[:@], 3 months later $1500 plus.
So $3500+ gona post pics when im done with fixing it and do what i want to it, look out for the (SilverF3).

 

I have over 1500 in my bike at the moment and it should be done shortly, just waiting on the fairings in the mail. BTW how do you have all that custom **** done to your bike for only 1500?

 

1200 and just gettin started

 

I bought the bike for $1200 knowing it would be a project bike. Really when I think about it I want to punch babies.

But all in all (Including repairs and mods) I have about $2000 no counting the bike. That was for some luxuries though(New windscreen, heated grips, Signals, mirrors, etc)

 

Didn't include purchase price...new forks, rear tire, hong kong fairings, RK chain,...some other misc stuff puts me somewhere between 700-1000

 

Mine is over 1500, didn't pay a penny for the bike, even trade for my lifted Suzuki Samurai. Bike was was in bad shape though, needed a lot of TLC. Powder coated the horrible neon green wheels (blah!) a metalic silver, had to replace all wheel bearings, put on new pilot powers, new brakes, rotors all around and pads, RK quick accel kit chain and sprokects. The bike had been laid down on the right and had a sticky throttle, new bar end,and throttle cables, K&N filter, new plugs, clutch (new steels and frictions) it appeared as if the kid who had it before me was trying to teach himself how to do wheelies because my whole clutch basket assembly needed to be replaced, clutch outer basket, inner, and pressure plate. On all 3 parts where the frictions and steels touched the baskets had huge indentations. I've put on a few other cosmetic things but thats my list so far.

 

Sorry, that was my attempt at humor/sarcasme. I have at least that much in shipping and gas to get parts and work done.
