Default after the lay over...

my friend was out riding my bike and laid it over, it wasn't too bad just a broke mirror and scratched fairings, but as we went back to start it up, it started missing, and idk what it was (plug carb plugwire) but randomly on the ride home it started working again and rode perfect...

...then ANOTHER friend gently tipped it over (i teach alot of people to ride) and now its missing again, but it hasn't gone back to working fine, any advice?

pull the tank and check the plugs and wires? then if its a carb problem what should i do?

thanks for any help

Sounds like you need to stop letting people ride your bike. Describe the "missing." All cylinders, one two, etc? What happens if you crack the throttle open, does it go away? Does it seem ignition related? Be more specific.

lol no pics, and yes i have adopted a no new rider policy now

it seems to be just one cylinder as its not very down on power, and throttle doesn't cure it at all, every once in awhile there will be one or two back fires or loud pops out the exhaust

My bet is you lost all spark to one cylinder. Check plugs, wires and coils. If it's backfiring it's probably getting fuel but no ignition.

Check the plugs, maybe one is cracked from the fall (Unlikely). I'm just trying to think how a light tip over could doom the ignition system (ignition seems most likely by description)

to check the plugs, take them out, set them on the engine to see if they spark...
