I have a very difficult electrical problem on a 98 f3. I keep blowing the 10 amp ignition/starter/fuel fuse as soon as I turn the ignition switch to the on position. With the fuse removed I have 12v pos on the one side and on the other I have a ground. The resistance between the ground side and the engine block is around .3 ohms. This will explain the large current flow I am having which blows the fuse. I need someone to go out to their bike, pull the one screw out for the fuses,and pull out the 10 amp ignition fuse.Take an ohm meter and hook one lead to a good ground and the other to one side of the fuse panel. Measure the resistance. Then do the same for the other side of the fuse panel. This will help me a ton if someone could do that!

I forgot to say the hot wire that goes from the starter relay to the starter needs to be unhooked. It is alot so dont worry about it. I have some parts coming.
