98 CBR F3 Project Bike (SSSA, Car Rim, R1 Tail, F4i front)

How much is that sprocket going to affect your top end? Seems like the increased torque of increasing by 5 teeth is going to make quite the wheelie machine.
Then again... maybe not... as long as you leave the front sprocket stock, won't be much different than going -1/+2

the entire front is from various f4i bikes. nothing was bought together. at least i think the front cowl is from an f4i. i could be wrong, it was aftermarket.
i didnt have to move the tabs for the headlight, its just that they were never put back into the correct spot. When i got the cowl, i did a test fit with the headlight, and i could force the two top tabs into alignment, but the bottom two were out then. structurally, it was very flimsy.
i managed to do a test fit with the f4i stuff this weekend. man did it take me forever. whoever can do this start to finish in 3 hours, incredible.
i had to make some changes to the extra tabs on the right hand side. when i installed everything again, i noticed it was too hard to connect the cowl to the right fairing. that concerned me because if its too tight, i could break a tab.
all in all, it turned out pretty good, and the fairings are not too tight that they pull. i think i will still add two more screws to the side of the fairings to make sure they stay as close to the bike as possible.
Here is a shot of the right fairing where i placed the new bracket, and screwed. As you can see, i had to make a change to push the fairing forward. it was just so friggen hard to attach it to the cowl.
Left side
here are the angle brackets i used. i attached them to the triangluar engine mount.
tomorrow i will disassemble it all again, get the wiring done, and paint the side fairings.
