hello I'm having an issue with my f3s charging system. I replaced the reg/rec I've replaced the stator and I have hard wired the connections I have also replaved the battery and it still doesn't read above 12.3volts when running. Im at a loss and figured it try the forums I tested the new stator and its not reading out and ac voltage except one of the wires is putting out .56 volts ac. The only thing I think it could be at this point is I replaved the bolts holding the stator to the cover with different hex head bolts rather than Allen head bolts but its not touching any copper wires

 

Manual for my 96F3 says 15.5V at 5000 RPM is the proper charging voltage. Will not be charging at idle.
