Bought a used F3 almost 5 yrs ago. It has the 97 black/red fairing but engine and frame say 1998. I've always just assumed that the dealer I bought it from did some part swapping for whatever reason. Wondering if anyone has had any experience trying to sell or trade a similar bike. Is it possible that it originally came from Honda in this configuration?...yeah didn't think so.
