You'll need the 98 seat, plastics and tail light assembly. Not just the tail light and it's bracket, but you'll also need the plastic tray that the tail light mounts to.
If you've got all that it bolts right up.

i believe my tail light is a 97-98 my seat doesnt fit all the way up to the light. bought it off eaby a while ago. Also i was looking at other bikes and i never seen a tail light like mine. Here are some pics.
