97 600 boging out over 4000rpm

Hey All, I'm having an issue with a 97 cbr600f3. It bogs heavily at about 4,000rpm and above in second gear, haven't got it any faster so not sure if other gears do it. First gear pulls strong. It feels like its starving for fuel, plugs have a white tip. So far I've cleaned carbs, removed and bypassed DAI slow speed solenoid, bypassed fuel pump and cleaned tank. Previous owner put a new stator in, I have visually checked it and tested resistance and continuity to ground, all good. I replaced spark plugs and tested voltage while running, steady at 14.3 volts. I ran it without an air filter and with choke, no change. I did verify the jets are stock. Only changes is a slip on and K and N air filter. At this point I'm thinking electrical?

I'm thinking carbs aren't clean enough and/or stock jets are too small

Pulled carbs 2 times and had cleaner pass through every pore I could find. Pulled pilot, main jet, air screw, needle and seat and air passages. I will try larger main jets, Thanks for the reply.

Also forgot to mention it runs great on the bench. It will tach up way past 4k and is crisp on throttle response. Its only when going through the gears and I rev up in second that the issue surfaces.
