95 F3 Clutch slipping?
Bike rides just fine when I'm just riding normally. Under full throttle, engine revs for a few second's, then grabs and bike will move. What needs to be replaced?
Also, the clutch lever is very stiff. It hurts my hand after 10 minutes of riding. Should I lube the cable? What else can be done?

Yes clutch cables need lubing. They make a little cable housing clamp that clips
around one end of a cable and lets you spray lube into the sheath.
Here's a link to illustrate the device.
Motion Pro CABLE LUBER from HONDA OF TULSA
You can use it without pulling the cable off the bike. Start with WD-40,
hose it till it runs out the other end clean. then switch to a quality
cable lube with molybendium.
Also, try adjusting the cables tension. There should be just a little slack
(about 1/4" to 3/8") before it starts to move the push-rod lever on the
side of the engine. If it's adjusted too tightly, the clutch is never
fully engaged and can cause slipping under load.
