Default 95 cbr F3

It has 41xxx miles on it and the motor has been rebuilt 7k miles ago. Im not sure about the conditions of the motor since im not a mechanic but it starts and sounds pretty good. But heres the bad : The left and right fairings are scratched up and cracked at some places, the tail is being held together by duct tape, i guess ? I mean , its in pretty bad condition appearance wise and the guy wants at least $1600 (orig. $2100) but im not sure if its worth it. How much do you guys think its really worth ? IMO no more than $1400..

Couldn't have said it better myself willduce. Just b/c its a cheap pos doesn't mean it will be cheap to fix. You will spend more money trying to get the bike into decent running condition than you would buying a good quality bike. Don't rush it, just keep looking and something will present itself.

A blown engine gives me an idea about how the bike was treated. Not cheap enough considering that fact, imo.
