It's not that hard, just a bitch when you don't have all the right tools. There's way more than just taking out a few bolts. You have to Pull the tank, airbox, carbs, drive sprocket, drain all fluids, and pull all the sensors and emissions things off. It's not that bad, but it does take a while. it probably took me and a friend 4-5 hours to get it out.

 

The frame can be a bitch to get off. Support the motor and start jiggling...
