Default 600F3 not running right

My '95 CBR 600F3 isn't running right! It almost sounds as if it is missing in a cylinder. It was running perfectly fine not too long ago, and I checked the plug wires for continuity and resistance, and they were all good. I changed the plug in cylinder #2 and it ran fine, then I turned it off and back on and now it sounds fouled. Could the carb mixture cause this?

Should i try to adjust the mixture or just order a new jet kit for it?

Have you cleaned the carbs? Could be a stuck float flooding #2

So then maybe its the opposite and your running really lean in #2, try unscrew the float drain and find out if all the carbs have the same amount of fuel, I wouldn't jump strait to mixture though, it would have to be way out of whack on one carb to cause issues like that

Do yourself a favor: make sure all the plugs are firing and the carbs are clean first. Rejetting the F3 is a PITA and I know from experience it may not solve a darn thing. Wasted weeks and $$$s doing it on my F3 only to find out a solenoid that I bypassed for $0 in less than 15 minutes solved the problem

Here's a link to what it sounds like. It has a decent amount of power loss as well https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J701...ature=youtu.be

Sounds like 1 of the cylinders isnt firing for some reason, which might explain the fouled plug.

Why would it keep fouling the plug though?
