Default Whats going on here?

So my F2 has finally been up and running, well atleast the engine, still missing some stuff to actually ride it, but anyways. When I bought it it did not run. After thoroughly cleaning the carbs/jets 3 weeks ago, it ran. I have been running it about 2-3 times a week, just for like 5 minutes at a time to keep her fresh. I went to start it today and nothing. Took everything apart and the jets were gunked up again. Should this happen this quickly, or what did I do wrong. Also how can I adjust the air/fuel mixture and any other ideas?

that sounds a bit weird. did you put fresh gas in it? did you clean all the little passage ways in the carbs? the air fuel mixture sticks out next to the float bowls. sometimes they are a phillips head mine were D shaped and required a special tool....dremel. I dremeled the D into slots for a flat head and adjusted to 2.25 turns out. I have aftermarket exhaust, stock is 2 and an 1/8.

oh just thought about it, it could be gunk in your fuel lines or in your tank and flushing into your carbs.

I dont think that is causing the gunk but is necessary anyway. Check the tank that could be the culprit.

You can buy the D head screw bit from Motion Pro (link) for $2.99 + Shipping and handling. Alternatively, you can buy the 90 degree carb adjustment tool (link) for $89.99, which includes said bit.
