I'm trying to come up with a nice baseline trail setting for my racebike.... so simple question: What are you guys running? How far have to raised the tubes in the triples, or if you know the number, how much trail are you actually running?

Thanks!
I don't have any measurements for you, I just know I am sitting at stock. Be careful with any geometry changes. less trail might make you flick faster, but you are changing not just the geometry of the forks, but the whole chassis. Without doing some rear changes, you will nose dive under hard braking and lose the rear much easier.
