I am finally finishing up my project. I need to know what size Allen wrench to use on the frame bolt on the right hand side that pinches the motor with the frame? It is a big size allen wrench. I will need go rent one after work.

 

front or rear? I'm looking at the service manual, and don't see any Allen head bolts pictured as engine hanger bolts.

My bike's out in the parking lot, I could try and take a look for you if I knew exactly what bolt you're needing, and if it's not too hidden behind fairings.

 

Ahh - I see what you're talking about now - the threaded adjuster that must be used to align the engine in the frame. No way I'll be able to tell what that is without taking it apart on my own bike, is there?

the engine bolt itself is a 10mm bolt, so the allen size is going to have to be bigger than that.

that allen is a 12mm. I had to go out and buy one when i pulled an f2 motor the first time.
