Default Vinyl Wraps

HI.

I was wondering what people thought about vinyl wraps, I have included the site
BIKESKINZ | Performance Cycle Wraps, Sportbike Decals, Graphics.

Check out this site and give me some opinions.

I'm trying to get out of painting the plastics all over again, Some of the tabs cracked and I am going to be fixing those then was thinking of buying a wrap.

My only thing is that for $400 bucks you could buy a complete set of fairings. It seems like a ripoff to me at least. Ha. Complete new plastics or a large sticker?

I would have to agree with r3define, for $400 to get a wrap is just crazy. What if you scratch it with your belt?? What if a passenger scrapes the tail while getting on/off? Have you considered new/used fairing, maybe a conversion aswell. If it were me, buy chinese fairings, spray a clear coat over them since they say they can be scratched easily, and call it a day.

The biggest issue I have with the wraps are how much they cost. After that would probably be how hard they are to install. Seems like I would just buy some painted knock off fairings for that cost.

I will say that they do look sweet. I'm a sucker for digital camo. Haha.
