That's...wierd. Front wheel alignment?
I just noticed that my handbars are cocked slightly to the right (...or left, I don't remember) when I'm riding straight.
What can cause this? Rear wheel alignment? (I did it myself) Bent frame? (I know the subframe at more than a little tweaked...I have a spare no-title frame though) Funked up front wheel/forks/swingarm? Or maybe a bad front tire? (it's OOOOOLD and I need a new one)
Besides the bars not being pointed straight forwards, it seems to ride fine, although I think it turns a little easier to one side than the other. I can ride with no hands and it still basically rides straight.
I don't really get how to set the rear wheel alignment, besides using the little markings, though.

you could try loosening the triple clamps, straddle the front tire with your legs and pull on the handlebars to correct them. I did this on a friends old 86 yamaha fzr. Nothing was bent, but the handlebars were cocked a couple inches in one direction. Loosened the clamps, straightened it out, tightend things back up, worked great.
Although I would check for creases in the forks around the triple clamps just in case. If everything is still smooth then you're good to go.

I managed to get the wheel basically pointing straight by loosening the axle, pinch, and lower clamp bolts and man-handling it into place.
Just don't unbolt the whole triple, because then the bike slides down the forks, if you're not lifting it into the air.

The rear wheel being cocked to one direction even a little will cause your symptoms. If the bars are aimed right when you are going straight down the road, the rear wheel is cocked right as well. You may not notice it by looking at it but it could be off.
Google it or look here.......use a string off the front tire and rear to align it. Good luck.
