well pissed off, got myself a s/s set of downpipes for my cbr600 94plate came to take off the 6 bolts and 4 sheared off, there is bolt sticking out of the cylinder head but try as i might i cant budge them, tried the usual heat method, nothing. Any ideas guys??

 

Might be time to take it to a shop. Either that or drill the stud out as much as you can and then try an ez out once you've drilled the stud thin and released tension.
