Does any know where I can get a bracket from or the spec to fabricate one to fit a brembo rear caliper to my CBR 600 F2 91

You might find a local race shop that could do it, but it would co$t. Try unbolting your stock caliper, move it out of the way, and put the Brembo on the disc and see if it lines up with the stock bracket in anyway. If it does, you can measure the mounting holes, offset, and take the stock bracket to a machine shop and have them make it up using the stock bracket for reference. Who knows, maybe all you need is some spacers and/or an adaptor plate to make it work.
