Exclamation Question about legalities

My bike has been dismantled for a few weeks. fixing various things...yadayada.

Got it up and running again better than ever. just need to get the replacement plastics for the ones that are missing. decided to go plastic-less until i can afford to get them all.

my question is, what are the legalities of riding with out the mirrors on. ive seen most of the 'fighters take them off, just wondering if i can get pulled over for not having them on.

just waiting until i can order all my plastics to get back to 100%. but im gonna have to ride to school in a few weeks. curious if im gonna have problems with the boys in blue

Arizona requires one mirror, so yes, it's possible you could be pulled over and ticketed.

I like the laws here in NE. no mirrors no signals required.

Old laws from looks like an attorney's website. Here's the actual ones:

"B. A motorcycle, all-terrain vehicle and motor driven cycle shall be equipped with a rearview mirror, seat and footrests for the operator. A motorcycle, all-terrain vehicle or motor driven cycle operated with a passenger shall be equipped with a seat, footrests and handrails for the passenger.

C. A person shall not operate a motorcycle, all-terrain vehicle or motor driven cycle equipped with handlebars that are positioned so that the hands of the operator are above the operator's shoulder height when the operator is sitting astride the seat and the operator's hands are on the handlebar grips."

That's from
Title 28, Chapter 964 Arizona Revised Statutes.

Here's the AMA Link
