Where did you get those CBR grips?

And man...you have those forks really high up in the triple clamps...(lowering the front end...)

Being that my wife is 5'5" and wants her feet down we lowered the rear 1 inch and the front one inch. But after riding the bike I felt the turn in was slow so I lowered the front end another inch for a total of two inches in front. The bike isNOT twitchy at all, handles great. I did bump up the preload in the rearto #7 and two full turns for the front springs. If I get aggresive with the bikethe pegswill scrape on real sharp turns, buts thats going waayyy harder then my wife will ride the bike, plus she 80lbs lighter then me.

As for the grips (58cycle) there are very nice grips, come in 4 colors I think.

lee1rbc, Nice bike man, lovin it. Quick question tho. When you lowered the rear 1", did you use one of those drop-links with the two different settings?? Meaning could you lower is 1" or 3"?? and if you did usea drop-link like that, have you tried to lower it down 3"?? I bought one that I am supposed to be able to lower the bike 3 ", but I cannot get it to work. Just need some input if you can.
Thanks,
Elisha

Hey Elisha, the link that I bought is 1" or 3".
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/91-05...QQcmdZViewItem

Hear is a link, I did put it on 3" drop for kicks but itis too low for riding and collapsed the suspension. I would drop it one inch, two in the front and have the seat shaved.
