OK, What did I do????
Long story short, I'm repainting my subframe on a 94CBR 600F2, all wiring is hanging loose, including the rectifier. The tail lights, turn sigs and head light are disconected. Earlier in the day I put the battery in to move it and everything was fine, started right up. I then took the battery out so I could do some sanding on the subframe, then when I was finishing up for the night I again put the battery back in and connected it but this time there was a small spark ( yes I had red on + and black on - ) after this happened , nothing!!! turn ignition on and no dash lights no nothing. Just like there was no battery hooked up. I checked the fuses up buy the right fork but nothing is blown, is there another fuse anywhere????

check the terminals. same thing happened to me when I had to remove some wiring the PO did. when i re-connected the battery, i was unable to get the terminals in the exact same position, so of course, the corrosion kept me from getting a clean contact. ...nothing a lil sand paper couldn't fix.

there is a main fuse right on the side of the battery box.

Lol that's so true. I was working on my bike, and the prior owner micky moused a switch to turn on the fan for the rad. and I was working on it and rewiring everything back to oem specs and the wire ended up grounding with the chassis. All I see was a spark and then no power!!! I was like WTF!!! Haha. So I check all my fuses, and I figured there was a main fuse, so I searched for it, and what to do you know. Blew it. =)
