i can sit back on the seat, but I kind of slide forward a little and that puts pressure on the *********. Our bikes have a more relaxed riding position so most of the weight I feel is centered on the seat. The newer bikes have a more aggressive riding position so more pressure is on the wrists and less on my *****

Pressure should never be at the wrists, period. If you find yourself sliding forward excessively (like, even when you're not braking) or putting weight on your wrists, you need to stabilize your lower body better by gripping the tank with your thighs and using your core muscles. The less extra input and weight you're putting on the bars, the better.

Aye, you should not lean on the handlebars. The bike handles best and safest when undisturbed.
Keep your arms relaxed at an angle with your elbows close to your body.
The only pressure needed on the handlebars is the forward motion used for counter-steering.

Hug the tank with your knees/thighs. That will keep you from slipping forwards.

What are you crying about, come on, its a sports bike, its meant to be sporty, not for long 1000 mile trips
When im joyriding about 200km a day of course my back will feel it, but im ok with that, cause the feel of wind in my face is worth any backache
