The bike runs!! Bought another motor 2.5 hours away but had a crack under the stator cover so got it for 100 bucks. Said eff it jn weld and made a quick fix and she rUns. Leaks oil but that's probably because it takes 24 hrs to sit and I waited like 10 haha. Pics to come soon

 

I knew couldn't part with that bike. F2's are just a great ride. Hopefully this engine treats you better. With all your parts you should be able to keep it running for another 20 years lol.

 

Congrats man! Like Jeff stated, it is very very hard to get rid of a bike. I rebuilt my F2 from the bone yard and I might have to sell it after the end of this month. I'm not sure if I can let it go...even though I HAVE to
