Default no power

My bike has sat garaged all winter, typically when i went to start for the first time it had little to no juice. I removed the battery and charged and then put back in. Now the bike has nothing, no lights, no juice, no anything! It's like there is no battery there at all. The battery reads a full charge on the meter and no fuses are blown in fuse panel and main fuse is still o.k. as well. Could the voltage regulator have gone bad? Looking for any ideas. Appreciate the help from all

might be a bad battery-- try using a volt/alternator meter and use a new battery to do this test.

I got one from radio shack for seven bucks

You basically put the meter on your battery terminals when the bike is OFF... and it'll show if the battery is charged or not.

Turn the bike ON now....and put the meter on the battery terminals again..and rev the bike slowly....the higher you rev the more "juice" the battery should be getting and the higher the meter readings you will see.

Since you have a new battery....if you get bad meter readings-- you can probably say it's your charging system that's the problem.

Here is a page or two from the Honda Repair Manual. It will allow you to test your charging system.
Hope it helps. If you need a new reguator, shop around. Price vary from $89.00 to $250.00 !
I just picked one up yesterday from a place called i-bike. My VR went out and cooked my battery. If these attached images are not large enough for you to read, contact me and I'll try to make them available
to you in a larger form that is more easily viewed or I can email you a pdf file if you wish.

Here is the link where I picked up my Voltage Regulator http://www.i-bike.com/store/rectifiers.cfm

It has happened to be twice, it's just a dead battery. Make sure to keep your battey hooked up to a "bettery Tender" when you are not riding for long periods of time. I learned the hard way...after replacing 2 batteries.
