Nice bike... I like the blacked-out stator cover. Is the other engine cover black too?
I have to ask this before someone else will... Is that you on the bike? and if so, how old are you?
BTW, I hope you put on more gear than that when you ride. Welcome to the forum, and nice bike!

Bike looks great!
Ditch those crappy flushmounts up front and rear and get something that drivers can actually see. If you've ever been across a stoplight from someone with lights like yours - you can't see 'em.
Get ya a smoked double bubble windscreen and some gear and hit the street (and MSF course).
Where are you at anyway?

Thanks. The mesh is just some aluminum I found laying around the garage; it is very fine.
KidCr3nshaw,
I think my blinker relay is toast- no left front signal. I will replace the flushmounts along with that.
I still have a month unit I can ride. In the meantime I need to find a riding jacket and gloves and sign up for the MSF.
Insurance is $330 a year, liability only. I wonder if it will come down?
Btw I live in Atlanta suburb.
Me in the pic.

I just bought insurance and I am paying $732/year 94 CBR 600 F2. The MSF course does lower your insurance. As far as gloves and a jacket go this is what the MSF course requires: gloves (any type), long sleeved shirt or jacket (any type), long pants (jeans preferred), DOT approved helmet (Snell approved is a plus but is not required) and over the ankle protection (boots or all leather high tops).
