Question Need help!!!!!!!!!!!!

i have a 93 f2 with 71,000 miles on it and am looking to get another engine to rebuild and have on hand for when this one needs overhauled. i have found a 98 f3 engine but i need to know if this is a direct bolt on or will something need to be modified for it to fit. Also if it does fit will i need to change out anything electrical or will all the electrics and carbs fit on with no prob? i'm not much of a mechanic but i can manage with my clymer book! the new engine comes with just the engine, trans and starter no harnesses or carbs or anything but i have all that already and if my parts will go on with no problem and it will run fine then that's all i need. i appreciate any replys and if there's something i'm missing please let me know, thanks- Robert

You might have to do some research, but I know that the engine itself is a direct bolt on. You will need to use the f3 harness as well, there are some thing different from the f2 harness, but not exactly sure what they are. You will also need to use the f3 carbs, the are bigger then the f2 carbs. Not sure what else you will need, but thats what I know.
