When running round town it doesnt get hot enough and im not gunna even think about takeing it up the motorway until the thermal wrap arrives on monday same kinda stuff used on Moto-X bikes so there exhausts dont melt those covers / number boards things over there cans.

Lol sounds great but I might as well go to the police station on South st, hand them my debit card and arrange a monthly automatic payment. South street here in Philly has special noise ordinances (above state / local minimums) and they enforce them viciously.

Cop even stopped me in my work van and said the radio was too loud. A stock AM / FM radio in a work van???

The laws here are strict on noise as well but the cops here are actually good guys, you get caught with a loud exhaust out on the motorway or in the industrial estates reving it they dont give a **** make all the noise you want, if your going threw a housing area and its loud but your not takeing the **** reving it up, they'll pull ya ask you to keep out of areas with houses and thats it, you get caught causing a newsence by reving it up in the town center or in a housing area they'll give you 3 points (if youve been rideing 2 years or less you can only get 6 points if you been rideing over 2 years you can get 12 before loosing your licence) and a £80 fine and slap you with a section 59 (Get 3 section 59s and its crushing time for your bike and section 59s are attached to you not your bike so if the 3rd time is on a mates bike its the mates bike thats crushed)

Get caught with a small plate that there cameras cant read and theyll pull ya no matter what lol but now the laws changed from a £60 and 3 points to just upto a £1000 fine most cops refuse to prosecute you and just give you a verbal warning.

TBH im allways so drained at the moment because of work that i dont ride hard anymore i just short shift everywere which keeps the noise down anyway and just enjoy the ride nowerdays were as i used to be a ride pain in the ***.

No as it is it will not pass, but as I said I was just playing round till I get my R1 tail threw, once I've fitted my R1 tail and have this as a undertail I will be able to remove the undertray and exhaust tip and slid a stumpied can with baffles under ther that does pass mots then after the test put this exhaust and undertray back on.

Once I got the R1 tail on I do plan on getting a tiny exhaust can welding the exhaust tip to the can to quiet it down a bit.

Because it's fun but when ya go work at 6:30am it gets anoting haveing to shortshift all the way out of my estate lol
