Default My New F2 with pics of custom paintjob

Hello everyone, I just got my new F2 (and by just got i mean i got it is november). It is my first bike so you can imagine that i would be very excited. It is a 1993 f2 with 23k miles on it and i only paid $1,200 for it. It is a yoshi slip-on, new plugs, new vortec chain and sprockets, new tires, and runs perfect. The only problems with the bike wes cosmetic, most of the fairings were scratched and cracked. And it had a terribly rust gas tank. I got a new one on e-bay for 70 bucks. I just need to paint it and throw it on there.

Any-way here are the pictures of it when i first got it home,

It does not look that beat up, but it is.

Here are the pictures after a week of non-stop fairing repair, priming, sanding, and painting.

(some custom air-brush work)

The paint is pearl white but you can not really see the pearl in these pictures because they are in the shade. I will put some better pictures up as soon as there is some sun.

Peace, and Ride On!

Nice Job.

You know whats funny?... when I first looked at the side view I thought it wasa NSR 50 hehehe....(all white and black rims.)

Anyways I think it looks good I always like the jobs people do themselves just alittle better.

Thanks guys, yeah i think it is a tad plain too but i also like how clean it looks plain. If i do put decals i will probably just get a red honda logo decal kit.

You know, try white pin strips on your black rims. I've always wanted to do it but never had a reason to, maybe you could try it?
