Default Molding the Tail into one Piece

I was wondering what the implications were of molding the three piece tail section into one piece for a cleaner look would be. Has any one done, do you have to change the way it mounts up?? and does this make it drastically harder to remove the tail section for maintenance.

Would def look cleaner, but getting it on n off will be much harder. And will prolly crack since it wasnt molded as one piece to start with.

Be hard much more harder to get off since it would be all one sold unit. It would probably flex due to something and crack there as well.

PO tried to do it to my bike but failed miserably. I undid it all. While yes the look would be nice. It would make taking it off a pain in the ***. And I would put money down it would crack when trying to do so.

Thank you for the replies, that is what i was kinda figured would happened I was just looking to see if i was on the right track. Currently one of the tabs that holds into the back center piece is broken so it is not a tight fit which i why i was thinking of going that route. I guess I am back to the drawing board.

I actually did it to mine, Its not that bad on taking on and off, you just wont be able to us the furthest back mounting plug things. Other then that, it comes on and off easily, and it looks a hell alot cleaner.

if your talking about something like this97 f3 solo fairing)you can get these at sharkskins, airtech, and some other that make there own "one piece"race back,or race fairing.just have to look for what you like.they have one for the f2 but its alittle more bulky than the f3 pictured.hope this helps.
