What number was printed on the main jets, when you had everything pulled apart for cleaning?
Did the previous owner, or you, install a K&N air filter, or similar "hi-flow" type, or is it an OEM-type paper air filter?

problem solved! had the two rubber off the air box missing, made some out of old pipe i had and spot on now!
