LED turn signals 'dancing'

I know there is probably a post out there for this already, but I have yet to find it so I'm making my own. I recently got a 1994 CBR 600 F2 and the thing was / is a mess. Cut wires, missing components and wasn't running. Since getting it in my garage I have got an ignition (previously just an on / off switch) and gas cap combo (previously drilled and pried open). Both working as intended. I have installed a decent looking aftermarket LED headlight, LED front and rear turn signals, LED flasher module (to fix hyper flashing) and a license plate bracket with an LED for the plate. All of these were not the easiest to wire as they were all cut and taped off by a previous owner. I had also came to find that he took out the brake lights and smashed them into the sockets. Replaced those with LED. All the lights were on and functioning but the turn signals were all on at the same time and just flashing, not even in sync with each other. I thought a resistor would fix this to I put in one (1) of a four (4) pack that I had bought in case they were needed. This did fix the issue of the front right from doing the 'dance' that they were all doing but the light became unresponsive. So I removed the resistor and yet the light is STILL not coming on. No 'dance' or turning on when the signal is selected. ( I know that the signal switch was in working order because when the lights were installed and left or right signal was selected it would do hyper flashing. ) I believe I read somewhere that the lights may do this 'dance' if there is no indicator lights in the system showing that you have a blinker on. I have ordered lights and they are coming but I'm skeptical that this will fix my issue(s).

So the question is, what would you recommend or have you have this same issue and know the fix ? I can assume that non LED lights would fix this but without comparing cost for fix VS replace I'm at a stand still.

Thanks in advance !
