Ive seen you post this 3 times, so ill help you out a bit since no one else wants to respond.

I looked into rebuilding my calipers on my 07 gsxr. I went to the shop and priced orings seals ect. It came out to $200+

Im assuming you want to fix your problem but i would not advise opening them up without replacing the needed parts. It may also be cheaper for you to buy some used calipers. I have about 3 sets laying around I could get to you cheap.

But my last peice to give you, consult your manual. With the braking parts of the bike, you dont want to skimp on work or needed parts. It may result in your brakes seizing or not working when you need them the most.

If all of this had yet to stray you from the rebuild. I can take apart a set of mine and post pics to show you what you should see and what parts are what.

Let me know.

also i found this on a quick search for caliper on ebay
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Honda-Cbr600...item56481f24dc

You will not be able to complete a rebuild for that price, probably not 4x that price.

if you have never rebuilt a caliper and need to ask how to do it, i'd leave that one to a professional. brakes are way too important to mess around with. if its not done perfect, you could get seriously injured. take it to a pro, or at the very least, have someone that knows what they're doing help you.

If you do a search in the general how-to's, there are several really good
photo/walk-thru's on brake over-hauls. If you do everything carefully and check
your work (assuming tools and mechanical apptitude) I'd rate brakes as, about a
5 on a scale to 10, for difficulty.

Hope this helps, Ern
