Default I'm about to climb the bell tower...bike won't start

I had it running about 1.5 months ago...but now it won't start. I had the carbs cleaned/synch last summer, I have pulled the plugs and cleaned them...nothing seams to make the bike turn over. Today, I tried to see if I was getting a spark...I couldn't tell...how do I check? before I take it to the shop, any ideas???

To see if the spark plug wires are working/sparking take one of them off the plug and stick a srew driver in it. (Be Careful) While holding the plastic end with thewire on it, touch it to the frame. If u see a spark (tadaa), only reason to be careful is because it will shock u, nothing harmful just might scare u.

I just went and looked at my bike and,

Here is placement of cylinders | #1 #2 #3 #4 | (Setting on the bike)

Right Igntion Coil (Top = #1 Cylinder) (Bottom = #4 Cylinder)
Left Ignition Coil (Top = #3 Cylinder)(Bottom = #2 Cylinder)

Lmk if its wrong, i may have of looked at the cylinders wrong, (Pretty Sure Im Right Though)

Make sure your vacuum hose from the cylinder head is connected to your petcock. One of the easiest mistakes to make.
