Idle Mixture Screw Adjuster Tool?

Does anybody have the d-shaped adjuster tool they want to part it. I can't find mine and can't find one on the net. Or does someone know how to make one?

Find a piece of really small tubing and punch the end of it into a D shape, (flatten one side)

That should do the trick

use an air grinder and grind a slot for a flat head screwdriver. Just take your time and you wont ef it up lol

I got the tool from the honda power sports dealer and was made by Motion Pro. Check out their website or even if there are any cheaper on eBay.

I found that 14-16 gauge wire adapters work perfect as well as 3/16" brake line. I cut the brake line then cut it down the middle to make a U shape. Both worked perfect and were free.

Thanks for all your input though.

Instead of cutting it down the middle you could just flatten one side of the brake line, to make it a proper D shape.
