Why would you want to lube the cct?

 

one of the bolts broke when i was taking the cct out of the motor. i took the cct out to lube it cause it fails when air gets in it and your bikes chain ratles,it sounds like a diesel car. well got it all done last night the actual holes for the bolts go in to the motor casing. pain in my ***.

 

again sorry for my spelling and stuff it is my second language i can speekit but not write it right for what i want to sey

 

honestly tome it sounds like you have a bad wiring harness plus you need a carb clean. mine did the same thing.. so i would suggest getting a carb clean tune and sync and then you should be fine.. mine did the same an after all that was complete she runs fine at an idle and never have any issues.. short of the damn mis shifts which im gonna get rid of in the next week or so..

 

this is my solution made a manual cct of the auto cct lol it works like a charm.

 

the old cct the new hole in the cct and the parts at the end yupo it works it dosent leak and is easy to work with just like the aftermarket ones.
i can ride without waiting for a new part
