Default How to Identify a 93-94 cartridge fork

I want to replace my old 91 - 92 damper rod fork with the 93 -94 cartridge. I have found a fork which the seller claims to be a 93. I'm not sure if that is correct, but then again I'm not that familiar with the different forks.
The fork I'm looking at has a black plastic cap on the top, which covers an air filler. Can this be a cartridge fork, or is it an old damper rod fork?

The second one is how F2 cartridge forks look. The prior one is how HURRICANE forks look. The hurricanes ran with air filled dampening, F2 went Dampening rod, 94 F2 went cartridge and it's been cartridge since.
