How do I get the front fender off?

Default How do I get the front fender off?
Im repainting my bike and this is the only thing that is giving me problems, I got the bolts out but I cant get it out.

Even if I force it out how am I going to put it back in without scratching it.

take the front wheel off and slide it down, or force it harder

^ yep just force it or youre going to beed to remove the wheel
If you put something between the fender and the tubes when you slide it in it will help prevent scratches, like really thin cotton cloth or a shammy

I shimmied mine to a angle and it came off without a scratch.
