erm what do you mean? sorry i can see your message was properly just a off the top of your head post
F4 rear shock raises rear 1.5" and makes it steer accordingly faster
cbr600rr cant remember year think it was 04 but it needs a stronger spring same length so no change to ride height
what plate? dinner plates dont have holes
if you mean the yoke/triple tree that clamps on to the forks its 41mm can be bored out to 43mm for F4 forks but if using upside down forks off another bike then you would want the triple off that bike OR get some made up your choice
